Nova BioProfile FLEX Analyzer OPC Server

This MatrikonOPC Server provides trusted OPC connectivity to Nova Biomedical’s BioProfile FLEX Analyzer. Nova Biomedical selected MatrikonOPC as a partner to develop the OPC Server on their behalf. This application can simulate data if no device is present, making configuration and testing a snap. OPC connectivity to the Nova Biomedical BioProfile FLEX Analyzer makes it possible to increase the speed of analysis while reducing labor and operating costs. Real time data access to your Nova FLEX Analyzer has never been easier.

This server has the following new features:
  1. The OPC server now supports parsing command objects from the AutomationConfiguration.xml file.
  2. The OPC server can be configured with command objects that have writable tags.
As a result of this partnership, MatrikonOPC and Nova Biomedical have also developed an OPC Connectivity Suite that solves specific integration and basic analysis problems such as:
  • Solving OPC DCOM issues
  • Integrating with 3rd party OPC Servers
  • Easily log the data locally
  • Getting the data into Excel
  • Basic trending of data
