DDE Server for Invensys Tricon
|
The MatrikonOPC Server for Triconex provides high-speed read and write access to the Triconex Tricon and Trident. The server supports all available point types, full communication redundancy and fail-over. The server can communicate via the new TCM (Triconex Communications Module), and the NCM (Network Communications Module), with no DCOM issues. This server also includes support for:
- Triconex Tricon and Trident
- Read and write access to all points
- Read access to SOE (Sequence of Events) data using the OPC Alarms and Events standard. The latest version enables users to display SOE data in configurable text format
- Fail-over capability enables the OPC Server to use both a Primary and Standby connection
- Read data from a Triconex controller using polled or exception modes
- Multiple (1 to 10) TCP/IP addresses for each controller node
- Direct import of Tristation configuration information (XML file format)
