This server provides OPC access to Honeywell-Measurex Roibox web inspection systems (WIS), for control, monitoring, and integration with other plant production and quality assurance systems.
The server supports 15 defect class types for the Roibox WIS with defect information returned in dynamic arrays.
The server reads ASCII serial data via RS-232, with one serial cable connection required per WIS. The ASCII data input to the server is the same data that is typically sent to the printer. A serial cable splitter can be used to send data both to the printer and the OPC Server.
