Here at MatrikonOPC, we stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with a product purchased online, you may return it within 90 days of purchase for a full refund. The software must be de-licensed as per the instructions on page 18 of our licensing document. Failure to de-license the software may result in delays in processing the return. Most refunds should be processed within 4 weeks, however in some cases you will receive your return sooner.
