Participants discuss how OPC technology can be properly implemented and maintained between various systems in the plant and corporate environments.

Objectives:

Implementing data access across various corporate layers
Learn about various OPC Applications (redundancy, data management, store and forward, and DMZ)
Work with the levels of redundancy, their affects on the system and how to integrate it
Understand how OPC components can be used to build efficient and flexible systems
Understand how risk assessment and risk mitigation plans of critical data architectures aid in successful OPC deployment
Optimizing production, tracking and extracting business value from data
