Where can I find my transaction number? |
Solution:
The transaction number is a five digit number required in order to install a permanent software license for your OPC Server. This number can be found on the software CD or case.
Sometimes we provide our customers with software via an ftp link. If you do not have a hardcopy of your software, look in the document attached to the ftp link - the transaction number is there.
