What are some reasons why my software license would fail? |
Solution:
Software licensing can fail if one of the following changes take place:
1. The software is running on a demonstration license, and the time expires.
2. The hardware on the system has changed.
3. The name of the system has changed.
4. The Windows operating system has been upgraded/downgraded.
If you are expecting any of these changes to occur regularly on the system, please consider using a hardware key to license the system. To obtain a hardware key, contact your Account Manager. |
