Solution:
Before you uninstall an OPC server, you should check a couple things:
Firstly, ensure that the service is stopped, and that there are no OPC servers restarting it. Secondly, ensure the services.msc panel is closed.
There are two ways to uninstall an OPC Server.
-By using the Add/remove programs. Open Add/Remove programs from the control panel, then select "Remove" on the OPC server you wish to uninstall.
-By navigating to the install directory of the OPC server, and running the "UNWISE.EXE" file. This can be done in windows, as well as at the command prompt.
