Problem:
My Tunneller Client cannot connect to my Tunneller Server. |
Solution:
Check the following:
1. Ensure that the 'MatrikonOPC Tunneller SSC' service is running on the OPC Server machine.
2. Ensure that you can ping the client machine from the server machine, and vice versa.
3. Ensure that your Tunneller port (21379 by default) is granted two-way communication permissions through any firewalls.
4. Ensure that the port number specified in the Client Side Configuration matches the server side port in C:\Program Files\Matrikon\OPC\Tunneller\Server Side Gateway\tunneller.ini. |
