Solution Provider Details
The Solution Provider Program caters to partners that have existing integration practices, and are looking for a powerful way of increasing software and services revenues and profitability. MatrikonOPC works actively with Solution Provider partners on sales and marketing plans and activities to ensure our partners become successful very quickly.
Many of our Solution Provider partners have seen dramatic growth very quickly after partnering with MatrikonOPC. The Solution Provider Program requires solid commitment from both the partner and MatrikonOPC, but the benefits are definitely worth it.

Formal discount structure based on percentage of sales target achieved:
20% margin for 1 to 40% of target

40% margin for 61% to 80% of target
50% for any sales over 80% of target

Get large discounts on software based on what you know you can sell. Sales targets are jointly defined by you and MatrikonOPC based on your sales region and targeted industries. |

| Promotion in regional marketing campaigns. |

Leads generated for integration work will be passed to partners in regions where MatrikonOPC does not have the ability to pursue the work. |
| Access to co-funded marketing. |
MatrikonOPC will co-fund selected marketing initiatives developed by the partner. This allows you to benefit from your own marketing ideas while still being able to utilize MatrikonOPC expertise and funding. |
| Access to NFR software free of charge after completing training. |
You can improve your ability to win jobs by building and demonstrating solutions to prospective clients using free software from MatrikonOPC. |
| “Managed partner” status: MatrikonOPC will be proactively engaged with you in business planning. |
Active MatrikonOPC engagement will help ensure your maximum revenue growth under the program. We will do everything we can to make you successful. |
| Access to business and marketing planning tools, including document templates. |
Come up with effective plans for business growth and save time and effort doing it. MatrikonOPC will assist with planning and also review any of your plans to ensure that your success is well planned out. |
| Access to Matrikon’s support portal. |
Improve your responsiveness to customer questions with access to the product knowledge base, support issues, and software updates. |

Increase your market presence by appearing in a MatrikonOPC news release accessible from the MatrikonOPC website. |
Commitments:
In order to join the Solution Provider Program, your must make the following commitments:
You must place the MatrikonOPC logo and link to the MatrikonOPC website on your website in a prominent location, such as your “Partners” page.
You must pay a yearly program fee to maintain participation.
You must meet minimum sales targets to maintain participation. Targets will be defined by MatrikonOPC based on region and industry.
You must write certification exams or otherwise demonstrate technical proficiency with MatrikonOPC products.
You must conduct, or allow MatrikonOPC to conduct, customer satisfaction surveys.
You must provide regular sales pipeline updates.
You must allow MatrikonOPC to publish partner sales figures for MatrikonOPC products to other Solution Provider and Executive partners.
Without explicit prior consent, you must not operate in any region where MatrikonOPC or a MatrikonOPC partner has exclusive rights. These regions include, but are not limited to, the Middle East, North America, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and South Africa.
You must agree to these and all other provisions within the Solution Provider Program Agreement.
